📋 Description
• Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities. • Update client records; • Enter internship program data, keeping the database up to date; • Direct users to the appropriate pages of the Portal according to the services requested; • Clarify clients' questions about products and services; • Provide service and register new clients; • Assist in maintaining the database (client records); • Carry out technical promotion of products; • Handle client inquiries by email, phone and WhatsApp regarding process information.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technologist program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform tasks that require focus are essential; • Must have at least 1 year remaining until graduation.
