📋 Description
• Assist students with registration and the promotion of opportunities. • Update student records; • Direct students to the Portal pages according to the services requested; • Clarify students' questions about products and services; • Assist in maintaining the database (client/student registrations); • Provide support via email, phone and WhatsApp to students with information about procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a higher-education program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields; • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in working with computerized systems; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a disposition to perform tasks that require focus; • Must have at least 1 year remaining until graduation to be eligible for the internship.
