• Design print and retail materials, including store signage, wayfinding, point-of-sale, window clings, posters, and event collateral. • Prepare print-ready files (bleeds, crop marks, color profiles, etc.) and ensure vendor specs are met. • Collaborate with the retail team to execute seasonal campaigns in stores. • Adapt campaign visuals for large-format and in-store environments. • Help organize and maintain an internal signage library by store type (flagship, boutique, outlet, retail, etc.). • Take ownership of print-vendor communication: submitting files, reviewing proofs, managing production timelines, and quality check. • Support the team with occasional one-off marketing assets like flyers, mailers, or event signage.
• 3–5 years of experience in print, retail, or environmental design. • Strong portfolio showing clean, production-ready work across multiple formats. • Excellent understanding of print specs, materials, and file setup. • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Bonus for Figma knowledge). • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple requests simultaneously. • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. • Bonus: Experience working with signage vendors, printers, or large-format production. • Bonus: Familiarity with retail environments or visual merchandising principles.
