• Technical Leadership and Architecture: Lead requirements analysis and design of complex technical solutions, validating internal architectures and third-party partner solutions. • System Development and Modernization: Develop, maintain and modernize systems, working flexibly with both microservices architectures and legacy systems (SOA and monoliths). • Backend and Integration Expertise: Ensure technical excellence in the Java ecosystem, focusing on building robust APIs and managing communication gateways. • Observability and Resilience: Define, implement and evolve monitoring and observability strategies to ensure high availability and application performance. • Incident Management: Proactively handle high-complexity incidents, leading war rooms to address outages or performance degradation. • Quality and Delivery: Manage and prioritize technical debt, balancing delivery speed for the business with architectural quality. • Software Lifecycle: Prepare deployment plans, support testing and acceptance strategies, and oversee production deployments. • Mentorship and Collaboration: Support the technical development of the team and collaborate with business areas to enable functional solutions that respect technical constraints and promote code reuse.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science or a related field. • Technical Experience: Strong background in backend development (Java), using Spring Boot and Spring Batch. • Technical Leadership: Minimum of 5 years in technical leadership or lead/reference roles on complex projects. • Architecture and Integration: Proven experience with microservices, API consumption and creation, and use of gateways (such as MuleSoft). • Mission-Critical Environments: Demonstrated experience in high-availability, high-throughput environments, with proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and observability tools. • Versioning and Management: Proficiency with GIT and familiarity with Jira. • Nice to have: • Cloud Computing: Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. • Fullstack Perspective: Basic knowledge of frontend development (Angular/React). • Legacy Architecture: Knowledge of SOA architecture and monolith modernization. • Generative AI: Proficiency using code-assistance tools such as GitHub Copilot. • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
