📋 Description

• Lead the squad's technical team in application development, focusing on product stability, innovation, performance, and scalability; • Ensure adoption of software engineering best practices; • Ensure technical and strategic alignment by leading a multidisciplinary engineering team; • Participate in building strategic partnerships with vendors; • Serve as a technical reference for software architecture; • Design scalable software architectures; • Provide technical guidance and support to the team; • Implement and maintain best practices for security, performance, and scalability;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; • Knowledge of card products and payment methods; • Experience in technical leadership, focusing on developing applications using microservices; • Specific experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS Cloud; • Strong understanding of software architecture principles; • REST / RESTful architectural patterns; • API-First concepts; • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), Python, Node.js, and others; • Experience with container orchestration tools; • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices; • Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube; • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases; • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban; • AWS certifications, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code are a plus.
