📋 Description
• Support design and innovation project activities. • Structure complex problems and identify opportunities through active listening to partners and users. • Facilitate Design Thinking processes (or other methodologies), leading workshops and activities to solve critical challenges. • Map user journeys and operational or project workflows. • Translate technical requirements and user needs into solutions that are understandable for managers, supporting decision making. • Develop data and information visualizations (dashboards and infographics) to monitor results. • Rapidly validate solutions and prototypes, collecting feedback for continuous improvement of projects. • Monitor the progress of initiatives and support delivery tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Design • Knowledge of project management • Preparation of presentations, spreadsheets and reports • Strong written and verbal communication skills
