📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with new and existing customers. • Conduct daily face-to-face sales meetings with distributors, resellers, and agents. • Identify high-growth existing customers and develop corresponding customer roadmaps. • Proactively acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities. • Consistently implement structured acquisition strategies. • Use a consultative sales approach to analyze customer needs and position suitable Portwest solutions. • Prepare clear and compelling quotations for existing and prospective customers. • Focus on selling new products through product demonstrations and sample presentations to customers. • Conduct systematic follow-up to successfully close orders. • Continuously monitor the market, including relevant trade shows, events, and industry publications. • Support trade partners in marketing products to end customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience selling PPE, workwear, or protective clothing. • Ideally, you have sales experience with a manufacturer, distributor, reseller, or representative. • Sales experience in a related industry (e.g., automotive, tools, chemicals, MRO, etc.) serving the same sales network will also be considered. • Willingness to drive Portwest’s revenue growth through active field sales. • Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the entire region. • Applicants must have the right to live and work in the relevant jurisdiction.
