📋 Description
• Conduct needs analysis and gather technical requirements • Collaborate with development and testing teams • Support product implementations and ensure validation and testing of solutions and equipment • Monitor post-implementation results across channels • Prepare management reports, presentations, and strategic analyses • Act with a consultative mindset to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to client processes
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in process mapping and project management tools (MS Visio and MS Project) • Knowledge of SUSEP regulations • Strong skills in preparing management reports and presentations • Familiarity with Bradesco’s business • Experience in project management / PMO • Experience in product and process implementation • Experience detailing functional requirements • Experience managing sales results across channels (with emphasis on telemarketing call centers)
