• Serve as the unit's focal point for support, providing local and remote support (Level 1 and 2) • Provide in-person and phone support to internal employees • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues • Maintain and configure computers, printers, and peripherals • Support Microsoft 365 tools and Windows 11 • Use remote access tools and ITSM systems for ticket management • Apply best practices in customer service and information security
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field • Previous experience in Service Desk and Field Service (Level 1 and 2) • Knowledge of hardware maintenance and basic networking • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and remote access tools • Ability to support users at different skill levels • Experience using ITSM systems for ticket tracking and management
