📋 Description

• Prepare, organize, and review the documentation required for project grant reporting • Track deadlines, outstanding documents, receipts, contracts, and other required supporting evidence • Organize and update financial controls related to grant reporting • Request and follow up on supporting documents with the Finance Department and ensure financial compliance • Scout for opportunities through private and public hubs, research funding foundations, and government procurement and bidding portals • Enter new opportunities and relationships into Pipedrive • Create and complete project tracking spreadsheets • Complete the management tracking spreadsheet • Participate in project review meetings • Complete and update project-related documents • Prepare and send weekly reports to clients • Monitor reports • Organize and manage files in Google Drive, the CRM, and other platforms used

🎯 Requirements

• Be a master's student at an institution located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, in a field compatible with the planned activities; or hold an undergraduate degree and have at least two years of relevant experience supporting research, technological development, or innovation activities related to the project • Required education: Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or a related field • At least two years of experience supporting research, technological development, or project-related activities • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and Google Drive • Comfortable working with numbers and financial controls • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing documents • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to organize tasks and track deadlines • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously • Familiarity with management tools or CRM systems (preferred) • Basic knowledge of project management (preferred) • Academic or professional experience with administrative or financial activities will be considered an asset • Working hours: 44 hours per week
