📋 Description

• Coordinate and enforce SCADA project execution plans, from sales to commissioning • Own project timelines, deliverables, invoicing milestones, and closure • Maintain daily client communication and ensure timely follow-up on requests • Adopt and enforce company processes and project/task management tools • Collaborate with clients to define and clarify scope, deliverables, and milestones • Maintain and update project plans, with a focus on billing and timelines • Work closely with technical managers, engineers, subcontractors, and regional stakeholders • Plan and monitor internal workflows and resource allocations • Oversee handoffs to support teams and evaluate project outcomes • Define scope of work, develop statements of work, task breakdowns, and milestone plans • Coordinate comprehensive and accurate project documentation • Participate in coordination meetings, presenting status updates and resolving issues • Identify project risks, assumptions, and constraints, and develop mitigation plans • Identify and manage out-of-scope tasks, and lead change order execution • Ensure quality assurance across all project deliverables • Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards when teams are onsite

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Power Engineering (or related field) • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role • Background in renewable energy, power systems, or SCADA integration • Deep understanding of power grids and renewable infrastructure • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex project portfolios • Strong project management skills and familiarity with formal methodologies • Hands-on experience delivering projects on time and within scope • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Google Workspace tools • Comfortable interfacing with various levels of client engineering and leadership teams • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
