• Managing billions in media, our dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both regulated cannabis and traditional packaging sectors. • Optimize sales processes, tools, and team structure for scalability and efficiency. • Own and drive the sales strategy for both cannabis packaging and the new traditional packaging division.
• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in B2B packaging; cannabis sector knowledge a strong plus. • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate successful sales teams in high-growth environments. • Deep understanding of the packaging supply chain and customer buying cycles. • Experience selling into both emerging and established industries. • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Willingness to travel 35%+ and visit corporate HQ monthly.
