• Turn cold prospects into warm conversations through smart strategy. • Review placement, engagement trends, and catch red flags before they cost conversions. • Build and optimize nurture sequences that move prospects through the journey. • Partner with marketing teams on sharp segmentation plays. • Run fast A/B tests to level up performance. • Keep email infrastructure healthy, compliant, and high-performing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally with a focus on cold outreach/prospecting. • Strong track record managing cold email campaigns across multiple ESPs. • Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills. • Deep expertise in deliverability tools, ESPs, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks like GDPR and CAN-SPAM. • Experience managing list hygiene, segmentation, and targeting strategies. • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action. • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort digging into technical issues.
