📋 Description

• Support execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across the book of business • Partner with lead Strategists or independently own end-to-end strategy for select core clients • Manage reporting, optimizations, routine campaign management, budgets, pacing, and performance monitoring • Maintain accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions, and rigorous QA across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid advertising platforms • Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, reporting, pacing, and ongoing monitoring • Identify growth opportunities, form test hypotheses, and recommend data-backed optimizations aligned to client goals • Maintain client objectives, constraints, and brand nuances in strategic and executional decisions • Manage client testing roadmaps, project next steps, and experiment prioritization • Deliver on-time campaign launches, updates, and key deliverables • Prepare and present performance reports and recaps using clear data storytelling • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem, including Power Circuit and nova Creative Affinity • Introduce ideas, efficiencies, frameworks, and process improvements • Utilize AI technologies to improve efficiency, performance analysis, and operational workflows • Meet KPIs including $20K revenue/employee and 90% client retention

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience • 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus • 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) • 1+ years experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; other technical platforms a plus • 1 year experience client facing and handling communications • Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features • Excellent data analytics skills • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization and time management skills • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal development • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required
