📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution behind integrated marketing campaigns • Build full-funnel campaign strategies for major launches • Lead cross-channel execution across email, paid media, social, and web • Monitor performance and optimize live campaigns • Manage internal contributors and contractors to ensure deadlines and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in B2B growth, demand gen, or integrated marketing (agency/professional services a plus) • Demonstrated success running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns • Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and webinar tools • Ability to write or refine campaign copy (emails, landing pages, ads) • Strong analytical skills: reporting, performance diagnosis, and conversion optimization
