📋 Description

• You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. • Your day typically includes a blend of administrative precision, cross-department communication, and stewardship of HR systems and compliance processes. • Your day often begins by reviewing incoming HR requests and messages, including HR mailbox inquiries. • You’ll process new‐hire onboarding tasks—creating ADP profiles, initiating DocuSign packets, collecting required documentation, and completing I-9 verifications. • You’ll prepare employee files, upload documents to Dropbox, and ensure each new team member has a smooth, compliant start. • Throughout the day, you’ll manage updates in HR systems, including processing change letters, updating profiles, and assisting with raise/comp cycle administrative tasks as needed. • You may shift to offboarding, issuing termination emails, and ensuring all documentation is closed out properly. • You’ll help prepare verification of employment letters when requested and maintain organized, compliant employee files.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a related operations role, with exposure to onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management. • Familiarity with HRIS systems (preferrably ADP & Deel) and the ability to learn new platforms quickly. • Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements, including I-9s, employee record keeping, and confidentiality standards. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, documentation workflows, and deadlines simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear change letters, emails, and employee communications. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners (HR, IT, Finance, Leadership) to resolve issues and improve processes.
