• Design and produce creative assets across web, social, and marketing channels, including landing pages, case studies, premium content, and ads. • Support design for webinars and events through decks, graphics, and promotional materials. • Edit and optimize video content for marketing and social distribution. • Manage and prioritize incoming design requests, balancing planned and ad-hoc needs. • Oversee Asana workflows to ensure tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule. • Conduct quality assurance and uphold brand consistency across all creative deliverables. • Build and optimize design processes leveraging AI tools and the nova ecosystem to improve efficiency and output.
• 2–4 years of experience in design or creative production • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva • Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects • Background in web design, including landing pages and case studies • Understanding of design needs for social, ads, and email assets • Comfortable managing projects in Asana • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.
