📋 Description

• Manage and recommend modern measurement strategies for marketing campaigns • Apply statistical modeling, experiment design for incremental impact, customer analysis, and attribution-based measurement • Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights and improvement opportunities using R, SQL, and Python • Communicate findings to internal Power Digital stakeholders and recommend actions • Produce stats-based performance forecasts • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Use Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for departmental work • Coordinate delivery with teammates using Asana • Meet KPIs for analysis quality, clarity, accuracy, timely delivery, and internal communication and teamwork

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics • Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel • Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Understanding of data science concepts like statistical modeling, experiment design, limits of statistics, and data infrastructure to support data science • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
