• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels • Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals • Effectively own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams • Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen • Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication • Operating as an effective member of the team for both department and account teams
• 1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus • 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus • 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc) • 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus • 1 year experience client facing and handling communications • Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features • Excellent data analytics skills
