📋 Description

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn) with heavier emphasis on TikTok and Meta • Execute builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels • Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals • Own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams (proactive internal communication; autonomous client communication via email, calls, Slack) • Understand and apply marketing funnel, eCommerce model, and basic lead gen strategies; adapt strategy to landscape changes • Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication; execute reporting A-Z, create presentations, present recaps, and leverage data to tell a story with clear next steps • Present forward-thinking plans and execute to drive business results • Contribute to a constructive and effective team environment; participate in growth and development of junior talent • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required • 1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus • 1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus • 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc) • 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus • 1 year experience client facing and handling communications • Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features • Excellent data analytics skills
