📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support • Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and clean pipeline hygiene • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback • Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter • Build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines • Ensure candidates move through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive experience • Employ AI technologies to enhance recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for Talent Acquisition • Act as a brand ambassador for Power Digital • Advise hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices, candidate profiles, and cultural differences in vetting and interviewing • Assist hiring managers in navigating Greenhouse systems • Contribute to diverse talent networks

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house • Hands-on experience with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing detail or momentum • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools • Minimum requirement of 5 hires per month • Maintain a maximum time-to-fill of 45 days for critical roles
