📋 Description

• Partner with the Media Supervisor on strategy and planning • Lead client conversations and reinforce strategic direction • Identify testing and growth opportunities • Support the Associate Media Director across media planning • Own daily campaign management, performance analysis, optimization, and actionable recommendations • Collaborate with the creative team on assets, messaging, and design concepts • Manage designated paid media accounts end-to-end • Meet pacing and KPI requirements • Own Paid Search strategy, ideation, road mapping, and testing • Work with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to identify client goals and efficiency requirements • Expand media coverage and billing opportunities • Learn new strategies, test platforms, and expand Paid Media offerings • Serve as primary internal and external contact for owned accounts • Generate reporting, write insights, and communicate with clients • Maintain accounts through optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types, and copy revisions • Design and adjust campaign strategies to meet client and internal objectives • Design and deploy monthly and quarterly account tests • Continually test, verify, and improve full-funnel structures

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required • 4–5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid Search • Required platform expertise: Google Ads • Experience managing paid media budget ranges above 100k per month • Experience driving paid media strategy and testing • Ideal candidates also have experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both • Suggested additional platform familiarity: Bing, Meta, and a DSP platform • Confident ability to communicate with and convince clients • Strong reporting and insight-generation abilities • Experience identifying and optimizing toward client business goals • Experience owning projects from strategy briefs and recommendations through campaign/test deployment and reporting • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace • Ability to interface with internal team members and clients • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
