• Enterprise-level account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership • Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific sources (e.g., GA, Shopify) • Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions • Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals • Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clients • Seek to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow • Participate in the development process for new department training materials • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
• Ideally 3-4 years of digital marketing experience • 2+ years in an agency setting • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (campaign development and optimization, bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development) on large, enterprise-level accounts • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
