📋 Description

• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites including custom themes and plugins • Translate visual designs into functional, responsive, cross-browser experiences using HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and PHP • Integrate external APIs into new and existing websites • Test and debug websites to ensure performance, security, and accessibility standards are met • Implement SEO best practices at the technical level to support organic performance • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of web development experience with a strong focus on WordPress (custom theme and plugin development) • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and PHP • Solid grasp of responsive design, web standards, and accessibility • Hands-on experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions • Familiarity with server administration and hosting environments • Experience with healthcare websites or HIPAA encryption standards is a plus • Familiarity with Webflow, Drupal, React, Angular, Twig, or Node is a plus • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
