📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day execution of Powerfleet’s AI-First Transformation program across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. • Help drive program governance, execution discipline, milestone tracking, and operational follow-through. • Maintain and manage program documentation, dashboards, action logs, dependency trackers, and transformation reporting. • Partner with transformation track owners to identify and resolve execution blockers quickly and effectively. • Drive recurring transformation meetings, stand-ups, and steering committee sessions to track progress and action items. • Prepare executive-level updates, status reports, presentations, talking points, and transformation summaries. • Help establish and reinforce transformation of operating rhythms, governance standards, and decision-making processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, transformation, PMO, business operations, consulting, or strategy execution roles. • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, software, data, IoT, or technology-driven organizations. • Strong organizational and operational management skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting executive-level reporting. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. • Experience with modern project and program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com , or similar platforms. • Comfortable working across global teams and occasionally supporting meetings aligned to U.S. Eastern Time. • Experience supporting complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
