📋 Description

• Develop and maintain our web application • Design and own our data layer — schema and table design, relationships and indexing, and query/load optimization to ensure performance as the system scales • Design queues, background jobs, and long-running workflows that remain correct and reliable under heavy load • Contribute to architectural decisions, influence the direction of our stack, and inform the overall product vision • Build robust pipelines for document and email processing and third-party integrations that handle volume spikes gracefully • Build and optimize agents for our growing template library • Extend our RAG/knowledge-base system (embeddings, semantic search, re-ranking) • Operate in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude and Cursor • Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics or Computer Science, OR hands-on programming experience, OR experience with automation • Proficient English for smooth team communication • No German required • Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working under performance pressure • Quick learner with a disciplined, self-driven work approach
