📋 Description

• You act as an "integrator" between business requirements and technology solutions to identify solutions for customer challenges • Prepare and lead client workshops to capture requirements and challenges • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories through close collaboration with the client • Take ownership and coordinate development activities throughout the project, keeping the client and project stakeholders informed of progress • Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities • Stay up to date on innovations, trends and developments around Salesforce to provide clients with the most modern solutions • Develop your skills through Salesforce training and mentoring • Serve as a mentor for other employees • Analyze data and continuously produce reports to improve insights • Take responsibility for internal initiatives and innovation tasks • Participate in pre-sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in consulting or a comparable industry • Solid experience in eliciting functional requirements for at least 4 years • At least 4 years' experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing or Commerce Cloud • Experience in pre-sales activities is a must • Proven experience leading IT projects • Salesforce certifications are required • Practical experience configuring Salesforce Formulas, Process Builder and Flows • Experience redesigning processes and managing client expectations • Experience with project management and change management is an advantage • Proactive and solution-oriented working style • Able to perform fully remotely and with prior experience working in a remote team • Specialization in industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud is an advantage • German and English language skills are required • Additional language skills are an advantage
