📋 Description

• Lead Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations for enterprise clients • Act as a functional lead in client workshops and discussions, translating business requirements into technical solutions • Guide clients through best practices, solution design, and roadmap planning • Provide hands-on configuration, customization, and deployment support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consulting, Development, Service) to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions • Independently lead client discussions, bringing innovative digital transformation ideas and solution strategies to the table based on your proven expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience • 1+ year of Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) implementation • 2+ years serving as functional lead in client discussions with enterprise customers • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration patterns • Proven track record delivering successful Salesforce projects in a consulting environment • German language skills are a must have • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English • Bonus: Experience with Marketing Cloud or Sales Cloud • You have hands-on technical experience and understand the details behind Service and Experience Cloud implementations • You’re comfortable taking ownership of client relationships and driving projects forward • Certifications in Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Sales Cloud are considered a benefit
