📋 Description

• Lead the technical design, development standards, and code execution for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution implementations • Own performance, data payload sizing, and sync optimization for the CG Cloud Offline Mobile App • Engineer complex configurations and customizations, including assortments, Apex, triggers, and Lightning Web Components • Architect and build integrations using REST/SOAP, OData, Bulk API, and MuleSoft with SAP, Oracle ERP, WMS, and data warehouses • Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for Salesforce Developers and Technical Consultants • Conduct architecture reviews and govern technical debt, security, coding standards, and CI/CD deployment pipelines • Serve as technical escalation point for mobile sync failures, data corruption, and production performance bottlenecks • Produce technical architecture and custom design documentation • Communicate technical designs and trade-offs to client architects, IT leads, engineering teams, and business users • Partner with Business Consultants and Solution Architects on estimates, sprint backlogs, and technical milestones • Support presales activities, proposal development, demonstrations, scope definition, estimation, and discovery workshops

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and engineering experience • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer • Deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution (REX) • Hands-on experience with the CG Cloud Offline Mobile App Framework and sync rules • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flow, Platform Events, Batchable, and Queueable • Experience building enterprise Salesforce integrations with ERP and supply-chain systems, including SAP SD/MM and Oracle • Professional fluency in German, C1 level or equivalent • Professional fluency in English • Understanding of the FMCG industry and the work of Key Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives • Strong communication skills for explaining technical decisions to executives and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-market rollout environments • Salesforce certifications are a plus, not mandatory • Additional languages are considered a benefit
