⢠Build, maintain, and improve automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, or similar ⢠Administer and maintain our tool stack (e.g. Google Workspace, Odoo) ⢠Ensure high data quality across systems ⢠Create and maintain reporting templates and dashboards in Google Sheets ⢠Support the monthly financial close cycle ⢠Maintain and improve our cybersecurity hygiene ⢠Document processes clearly and keep documentation up to date ⢠Support onboarding of external partners and contractors ⢠Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements
đŻ Requirements
⢠Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field ⢠Hands-on experience or strong interest in automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier, etc.) ⢠Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable ⢠Strong awareness for data quality ⢠Basic scripting skills (e.g. Google Apps Script, Python, JavaScript, or similar) ⢠Proactive and self-driven ⢠Comfortable communicating in both English and German
