• Lead innovative, cost-effective occupational health practices • Manage U.S. workers’ compensation program in partnership with insurance carriers • Oversee occupational medicine vendor contractual relationships • Serve as the USCA region’s subject matter expert in occupational health • Maintain accurate electronic case records for compliance • Inspire and manage a geographically dispersed team of health professionals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) • 10+ years of related experience in a business environment • Microsoft Suite proficiency • Strong communication, leadership, management, and problem-solving skills • A proactive, compassionate approach to employee care.
