📋 Description
• Own the DACH logistics setup and routes, focusing on cost optimization and service-level improvements • Deliver best-in-class logistics and support metrics, including Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) • Design and implement processes to improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance • Build tools and dashboards to provide accurate visibility into central operations • Collaborate closely with the DACH Central and UpCenter Operations teams and internal stakeholders such as Supply & Planning (S&P), Product, and Tech
🎯 Requirements
• Strong academic background • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Finance, or equivalent • Fluency in German and English • Ability to be both operational and data-driven • Excellent problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment • Detail-oriented with an obsession for operational excellence • Readiness to take full accountability for a complex operational scope
