📋 Description
• Analyze business requirements/specifications and translate them into functional test cases for Enovia/Technia PLM. • Participate in system testing, validating that the solution meets specified requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application/functional requirements. • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Provide functional guidance to the quality engineering team. • Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes. • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and technical teams, testing teams & facilitating clear communication.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have 7-10 years of experience in Functional Lead / Testing in Enovia/Technia PLM. • Preferred candidates with Semi-Conductor Industry background. • Experience in conducting & support Functional Testing, SIT & UAT phases. • Experience with tools like Azure Dev Ops (ADO) is preferred. • Experience in Agile development methodology and fast-paced delivery model. • Good communication skills and experience in managing stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment.
