📋 Description

• As a Network Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across enterprise environments. • You will perform routine upgrades and assist in troubleshooting and maintaining optimal network performance. • Support the implementation and maintenance of routers, switches, and wireless controllers. • Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist in root cause analysis. • Assist with service packs, patches, and security configurations. • Monitor network systems to ensure performance and reliability. • Document network activities and maintain inventory records. • Coordinate with senior engineers and project teams for implementation tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 24 years of experience in network engineering or related roles. • Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, VPN, and VLAN. • Basic understanding of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF). • Exposure to wireless LAN technologies (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba). • Experience in network monitoring and capacity planning tools. • Understanding of network security principles. • Exposure to public cloud networking (especially Microsoft Azure) is a plus. • Certification: CCNA preferred (or actively pursuing).
