• Responsible for analysis, design, development, and customization in Salesforce • Proactive individual to improve the Salesforce platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Comfortable with ambiguity and employ minimal guidance
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years technical development experience on Salesforce • Exceptional technical skills in Administration, development and customization of Salesforce and integration tools • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform • Experience on salesforce platform optimizations and new features introductions • Ensuring data security by managing profiles, Permissions, roles, and sharing rules settings for both internal and external users • Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visual Force, Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports • Proficient in Salesforce data migration using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc. • Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform, sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc. • Experience with CI/CD DevOps including using tools such as: GitHub, Copado • Experience promoting changes through GIT & Copado • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer • Experience working in an Agile project team environment • Experience working directly with product owners and business partners • Collaborate with administrators, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to Salesforce development and customization • Contribute to the overall improvement of development processes, coding standards, and tools • Comfortable with ambiguity and effective with minimal guidance • Salesforce CPQ experience is nice to have • Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications preferred.
