📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and processes. • Architect, plan, and execute complex Atlassian migrations. • Design and implement sophisticated integrations between Atlassian products and third-party tools. • Perform hands-on configuration of Atlassian applications. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client Atlassian environments to identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance. • Contribute to Praecipio's internal knowledge base and mentor junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Atlassian Engineer, Administrator, or Consultant in a large-scale, enterprise environment. • Demonstrated, in-depth experience planning and executing complex migrations (Server to Cloud, DC to Cloud, instance consolidations) for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. • Extensive experience with tooling and advanced configuration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, including a deep understanding of schemes, workflows, and permissions. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing integrations using marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, eazyBI, Structure, Xray) and custom solutions via REST APIs. • Strong understanding of IT and business frameworks such as Agile (SAFe, Scrum), DevOps, and ITSM/ITIL. • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Python) to automate tasks and extend Atlassian tool functionality.
