📋 Description

• Act as Finance Business Partner to commercial, operations, and product teams • Build and maintain financial simulation models, business plans, unit economics, and deployment scenarios • Model and present ROI and TCO for infrastructure deployments directly to clients and partners • Support the commercial team throughout the sales cycle • Own monthly financial reporting and profitability analysis by site or unit • Track KPIs including margin, cash conversion, and payback period • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting • Challenge operational assumptions with business teams • Analyze manufacturing and deployment cost structures and identify optimization opportunities with industrial and production teams • Prepare financial materials for the executive committee, board, and investors • Support due diligence for fundraising or asset financing • Collaborate with finance teams across group operating companies on model consistency and consolidated reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance • Experience in a capex-intensive environment such as infrastructure, energy, industrials, telecom, or data centers is ideal • Excellent financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel, ROI models, NPV/IRR, and multi-scenario business plans • Ability to present and simplify complex financial analysis for non-financial audiences, including clients and partners • Solid understanding of capex, depreciation, operating costs, and recurring revenue • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and rigor under time pressure • Fluent English is mandatory • Working knowledge of French is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with shifting priorities and limited established processes • Prior experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, data centers, or renewable energy is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with project finance, leasing, or structured financing is a nice-to-have • Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments and consolidated reporting is a nice-to-have • Interest in Power BI, SQL, or scripting is a nice-to-have • Prior consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience focused on infrastructure or energy transition is a nice-to-have
