📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and backend services • Build customer-facing features that improve user experience and product adoption • Develop APIs, integrations, and internal tools that support core business operations • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions • Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and observability • Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term technical strategy • Own projects from concept and design through deployment and ongoing maintenance • Help define engineering standards, best practices, and development processes • Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers where appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Backend-leaning Full Stack Engineer • Excellent software engineering fundamentals and system design skills • Strong experience building scalable web applications and distributed systems • Expertise with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React • Experience designing and building APIs and backend services • Strong understanding of databases, caching, messaging systems, and cloud infrastructure • Product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and business impact • Comfortable taking ownership and working independently in a fast-moving environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
