📋 Description

• Build guardrails for AI tools, including permissions, sandboxing, and agent change-control rules • Rework CI/CD for agent-generated changes • Build automated quality control for LLM-written code, including static analysis, test-coverage gates, dependency and secrets scanning, and regression detection • Own the release gate and define deployment-blocking criteria • Work with product managers to provide safe-by-default tooling and patterns • Implement and monitor technical compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements • Automate controls, collect compliance evidence, and alert on policy drift

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in a product engineering team • Degree in computer science or a related field is one way to demonstrate engineering fundamentals, but is not the only way • Solid experience with GCP or a comparable cloud platform • Proficiency with Terraform and Terragrunt, managing infrastructure across multiple environments • Real DevOps background, including pipelines, observability, and incident response • Fluency in at least one scripting language for building internal tooling • Genuine technical curiosity about AI engineering • Ability to operate with high autonomy on problems without established playbooks • Ability to work closely with the InfoSec Officer to turn policy into working controls • Judgment to hold a release when something is not ready • Communication skills to make release decisions effective without becoming a bottleneck
