📋 Description

• Identify, gather information for, plan, and coordinate sales-based communication activities for designated accounts and contacts • Source new sales opportunities for the Business Development team through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting across Clinical Solutions, Labs, and Biospecimens • Liaise with the Business Development team to identify companies for nurtured outreach and meeting/RFP provision • Analyze the competitive environment and make recommendations • Develop an annual outreach plan, reviewed monthly with the line manager and Business Development team, to secure new and repeat business • Analyze social media, business and financial news, competitors' websites, conferences, communication and marketing activities, and company decision-makers and influencers • Research and analyze Precision's markets, competition, product mix, and specified product markets • Coordinate collateral provision with Marketing teams to support sales efforts • Update CRM and Sales Enablement platforms to maintain data integrity and generate accurate weekly/monthly activity reports • Provide feedback to the line manager and Business Development leadership on company positioning, pricing, competitiveness, and market conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a marketing/communication/science or business-related discipline, or equivalent experience in a marketing/communication/business development/sales environment • Keen understanding of the CRO and Specialty Labs market and Precision's role in that environment • Minimum 6 months experience within the product/service sales lifecycle, including client identification and prospecting • Direct B2B sales experience in the service industry • Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel including overnight stays • Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English • Drive and determination to meet and exceed targets and quotas • Adaptable, professional, motivated, and understanding of the sales cycle • Preferred: experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical or life sciences industry • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment • Continuous improvement and process-efficiency assessment skills • Exemplary verbal and written communication • Ability to conduct formal presentations to scientific, sales, and marketing audiences
