📋 Description

• Support client business processes and operational activities to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables • Communicate client business issues, operating rules, data, and standard operating procedures • Execute and improve predefined operational processes • Develop understanding of operational processes, data, tools, and technology to translate between business and technology • Build subject matter expertise and apply it to operational processes • Perform quality checks and validations and report results to the Operations Delivery Lead • Execute operational models, quality assurance checks, governance criteria, and documentation • Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure smooth client delivery within timelines • Assist engineering teams with new or improved operational procedures and test modified procedures • Coordinate multiple tasks and work on multiple client assignments • Collaborate with internal Precision Medicine Group teams • Track unplanned internal and client tasks • Conduct secondary research and investigate client questions related to operational deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields • 1–2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools such as SQL • Exposure to stored procedures is a plus • Detail orientation, quality consciousness, and operational mindset • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is an advantage • Experience working with people in different time zones • Experience leading delivery of analytic results to internal or external clients • Preferred: Master’s degree, MBA/PGDM/Equivalent • Preferred: Product development, management, or operations experience • Preferred: US Healthcare expertise
