📋 Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy • Design and manage benefit programs across markets • Lead global benefit harmonization efforts • Serve as the primary internal advisor on global benefits trends and risks • Ensure all plans comply with local regulations and labor laws • Partner with Legal to manage compliance audits • Oversee global vendors and insurance providers • Develop and manage benefits budgets
🎯 Requirements
• 18+ years of progressive experience in global benefits management • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred • Certifications such as CEBS, GPHR, CCP • Strong analytical and communication skills with senior-level influence • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks across the U.S., EMEA, APAC, LATAM
