📋 Description

• Serve as a financial member of the Project Team to support timely, efficient, and accurate preparation and tracking of site payments • Review the financial section of Clinical Trial Agreements and prepare project- and site-level payment tracking workbooks • Maintain advance balance tracking to ensure sufficient prepaid funds for site payments • Guide Project Directors and Project Managers on populating site payment workbooks • Ensure investigator site payment workbooks calculate fields correctly • Prepare site payment packages for Project Director/Project Manager review and approval • Communicate approved payments to the Finance Department for financial-system entry and processing • Prepare Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act) and Medicare/Medicaid reporting as applicable • Prepare site payment reconciliations • Maintain the investigator grant dedicated mailbox • Coach and mentor Investigator Grants teammates • Complete ad hoc financial tasks assigned by the Senior Manager, Global Investigator Grants • Manage the Investigator Grants pass-through budget • Collect patient-activity data to create accurate client accruals, pay sites under fully executed Clinical Trial Agreements, and project costs to monitor budget health • Communicate with sites and clients by email to resolve inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Required 4-year degree or local country equivalent • Required 3 years of clinical research experience • Prior Accounts Payable experience in global payments • Professional working proficiency in English required • Strong analytical skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to drive and meet critical deadlines • Ability to analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results with project teams and investigative sites • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven • Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Ability to work independently and as a team player • Practical knowledge of IT tools and systems used by the Finance Department for grant administration • Preferred: Investigator Payment Specialist/Senior background • Preferred: Exposure to investigator contracts and budgets
