📋 Description

• Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites • Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported according to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, applicable regulations and standards • Coordinate study setup and monitoring activities, including investigator identification, regulatory submissions, pre-study visits and initiation visits • Handle appropriately sized clinical trials • Support larger clinical study teams • Train and mentor junior staff members • Interact directly with clients • Initiate payments • Participate in proposal activities, including development and client presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Holder of CRA certificate • Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment • Extensive experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics), oncology, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal studies • Proven experience monitoring studies across multiple European countries • Availability for domestic travel including overnight stays, up to approximately 50–60% travel commitment • International travel may be required for some senior-level positions • Fluency in Spanish and English is required • Apply in English
