📋 Description

• Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including issue resolution, configuration, and testing • Review, modify, and update existing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll configurations • Configure payroll rules, wage types, pay components, and deduction models • Manage annual compensation updates, including merit increases, bonus payouts, and salary adjustments • Support performance review cycles and ensure alignment with payroll processes • Onboard and configure new payroll vendors within the system • Manage and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (e.g., finance, time tracking, benefits) • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and compliance • Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar) • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements • Document technical processes, configurations, and integration flows • Support audit and compliance activities related to payroll and data exchange • Provide end-user support and training as needed • Ensure payroll configurations comply with local and international regulations (e.g., GDPR, labor laws) • Maintain detailed documentation of configuration changes, integration flows, and support procedures • Reports to Director, Software Support - Technology within Enterprise Systems department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Payroll and Integrations • Experience with SAP BTP • SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Certification a plus • Strong understanding of SAP Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll • Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or similar • Familiarity with payroll regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment • Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus • Preferred: Experience with SAP HCM, API management, data transformation tools, project management or agile methodology, and supporting multi-country payroll environments
