📋 Description

• Lead the development of the Premium Membership program for coaches • Develop the Coaching Software product to better support clients • Create a coherent roadmap based on product vision and customer insights • Collaborate closely with various departments including engineering, design, and marketing • Establish product metrics and feedback loops to measure success • Manage product performance indicators related to user engagement and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading product development for a SaaS, membership, subscription, learning, marketplace, professional tools, prosumer, or workflow-based product • Demonstrated ability to turn product vision, customer research, features, and requirements into a focused roadmap and development plan • Experience working directly with internal engineering teams to ship product improvements, features, and user experiences • Strong product judgment around sequencing, prioritization, tradeoffs, scope, and user value • Experience owning product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, feature adoption, usage, satisfaction, or customer success indicators • Strong written communication, including product briefs, requirements, roadmap rationale, user stories, and internal alignment documents • Daily, meaningful fluency with AI tools as part of your product workflow • Comfort in a flat organization with distributed authority and integrated decision-making • Passion for health, fitness, performance, longevity, or behavior change • A regular health and fitness practice that gives you personal connection to the space.
