📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client liaison and provide customer service, including proposal activities and client presentations • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution, and closing • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders, profitability, billable hours, billing, and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk management, and mitigation • Ensure quality management, eTMF inspection readiness, quality notifications, and corrective/preventive action plans • Establish tracking metrics for trial and team progress • Prepare project status updates, KPI reports, solutions, and presentations for clients and senior management • Lead internal and client meetings and drive study-level strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and trial execution • Communicate protocol and study issues and implement corrective actions • Conduct formal presentations, including bid defenses • Ensure study-specific training and compliance • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid defense travel • Mentor associate, project, and senior project managers • Participate in departmental updates and company SOP development • Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews for functional team members • Identify project-level performance problems and ensure operational corrective action • Remain compliant with organizational training, time reporting, and administrative requirements • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or a health-related field for EU candidates; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for the position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in cross-functional project management • Strong understanding of cross-functional management • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and change management • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and change management, with ability to implement independently • Expertise in project management software • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment
