📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client point of contact and participate in proposal activities and client presentations • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned study portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closeout • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders, profitability, billable hours, billing and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk management, mitigation and change management • Ensure project quality management, eTMF inspection readiness and corrective/preventive actions • Establish tracking metrics for trial and team progress • Prepare client and senior-management status updates, KPI reports and presentations • Lead internal and client meetings and drive program or study strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and trial execution • Communicate protocol and study issues and implement necessary actions • Conduct formal presentations, including bid defenses • Ensure study-specific training and compliance • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid defense preparation and travel • Mentor associate, project and senior project managers • Participate in departmental updates and company SOP development • Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews for functional team members • Identify project-level performance problems and ensure corrective action • Complete organizational training, time reporting and administrative duties • Travel domestically and internationally as required

🎯 Requirements

• EU: Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in a cross-functional project management environment • Strong understanding of cross-functional management • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management and change management, with awareness of appropriate escalation • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk management and change management with ability to implement independently • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays • Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, negotiation, critical thinking, decision-making, analytical, interpersonal and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
