📋 Description

• Manage the meeting lifecycle, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking and updating minutes, and filing records in the Trial Master File • Assist with creating and maintaining project timelines in MS Project or similar systems • Perform activities and tasks in clinical systems • Manage study-specific training materials, assignments, completion tracking, and records • Establish study-level SharePoint sites and manage access • Create project-specific email boxes and maintain access • Manage user access to study systems and conduct periodic access reviews • Order study supplies and address related queries • Prepare study binder materials and coordinate vendor creation, shipping, estimates, invoices, and payments • Maintain study trackers and manage project team members in finance and time-tracking systems • Review weekly time reporting and escalate concerns • Support distribution and tracking of IND Safety Reports, SUSARs, and CIOMS • Manage translation of site-level documents and coordinate vendors and stakeholders • Support project-specific vendor management, training, access, issues, invoicing, and payments • Manage preparation, distribution, and reconciliation of study materials • Support the Project Manager with study plans, reports, updates, sponsor-facing storyboards, and change orders • Collect and maintain monthly KPIs, project health data, and quarterly inspection-readiness inputs • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or international equivalent; or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline • Minimum 2 years relevant experience or demonstrated competencies in the key requirements of the role • Fluency in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English at a professional level • Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance • Ability to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
