📋 Description

• Own Precision's global R&D tax credit program and related innovation incentive initiatives. • Develop and execute annual filing strategies and compliance plans across all participating countries. • Partner with business leaders to identify qualifying R&D activities and maximize eligible claims. • Track legislative and regulatory developments impacting available incentives. • Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding incentive opportunities and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in R&D tax credits, government incentives, grants, finance, analytics, consulting, or related disciplines. • Strong financial analysis, business analysis, and project management skills. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
